19th century english regency rosewood sofa table
a 19th century english regency rosewood sofa table with two drawers.
this sofa table has an impressive, finely figured bookmatched top set above a frieze with two drawers and brass drawer pulls, and the usual side flaps. Beneath the drawers is a gilt brass and ebonised strip. The two plain end supports terminate in brass mounted platform feet with brass castors. The turned stretcher on the table is ebonised.
a great table of excellent colour and patination.
