The artist Ivo Soukup born 1935, with his dramatic signature dated 66, and his handwritten descriptive verso. Artist Ivo Soukup inspiries a dark blue night with golden metal gate in geometric elegant design, and the arch way in warm glow lights through those architecturals elements. The painting is oil on board, with handwritten numbers and believe to be Karma or Karna 1966 on the text provenance verso in gilt decorated wood original square frame. In excellent condition with incredible brush strokes, and sign of age for being vintage from mid century period. On the edge verso indicated Foreign Art Not Square with few numbers, most likely artist's handwriting on the stretcher. Signature is on the very low end Highlighted on the images.

Art is 21.5" x 21.5" square design And Frame is 28.5" x 28.5" with depth of 4.5" corner. See less
