This a petite red velvet love seat by North Carolina based furniture maker Kay Lyn, Inc. It would make a great prop for some precious holiday photos.
The love seat has a curved back, slightly flared arms, and detached back and seat cushions. The piece is upholstered in red velvet fabric. Under the pleated skirt are dark brown solid wood square tapered legs. Signed Kay Lyn, Inc. of High Point, NC.
The circa 1970s love seat is in fair vintage condition. The frame and cushions are extremely well made and in great condition. The upholstery is free of rips or tears, but it is sun faded, and there are some marks on the seat and wear on the arms. Please see photos for more details about the condition of this loveseat.
The love seat is quite petite and measures 56” wide, 30” deep, and 29.5” tall with a 17” seat height and 23” arm height.
