On the Design:

This impressive runner captures the beauty of a vast, natural landscape through its richly colored, rhythmic horizontal bands. The design is a sophisticated symphony of alternating stripe widths and deep, complex hues across its entire length.

The palette is a masterful blend of earth and jewel tones: broad bands of deep brick red, charcoal brown, and muted olive are interspersed with flashes of saturated indigo blue and soft beige. The varying widths and the inherent color movement (abrash) within the bands prevent the pattern from feeling rigid.
