Made by H. Ehrlich & Sons Manufacturing Co. out of St. Louis, Mo, metal brand tag on back of seat.
Chair has black vinyl seat and back with black tacks, and black metal swivel hardware and castors.
Used in a lawyer's office, stayed in one family for most of it's life.
