his iconic table lamp was designed in 1968 by Belgian designer Christophe Gevers for the Brussels brasserie 'Le Cap d'Argent'. Each lamp was assembled by Gevers himself and has a slot at its base, intended to hold the menu. Originally produced exclusively for the restaurant in a bold red, it has since become a design classic.
This special edition is a limited and numbered reissue in oxidised copper, following Gevers' original plans. The copper gives the lamp an industrial character, staying true to the raw, functional aesthetic, typical of Gevers' designs. This piece has an attribution mark,
