This early 20th century sculpture depicts a detailed gilt bronze dog mounted upon a veined mottled green marble "tray". The marble tray has a large depressed surface area that may be used for business cards, candy, loose change etc The dog is posed in a seated position behind this depression, anxiously awaiting the masters' return. A wonderful gift for home &/or office.
