The box … Read more This somewhat oversize vintage vanity box was made in Longwy, France & dates from the late 19th century. The box is decorated in a glazed cream color porcelain high lighted with hand painted colorful wild flowers flanking a decorative scroll. Both the lid & bottom of the box feature bronze metalwork accents. The box is supported on three ball feet. The porcelain undersurface of the box has an impressed mark bearing the Longwy name
under the glaze.
