This vintage early 20th century ladies heart shape sterling silver jewel case is decorated with an elaborate scrolled leaf & flower motif that surrounds its body. A monogramed (SLM) heart shaped shield dominates the center portion of the cover. The interior of the box is red velvet with a ridged platform. The back of the case is stamped Sterling with a hallmark & the number 506.
