Turned from a single block of wood, the tray has a broad, rounded rim, which makes it suitable both as a serving tray and as a fruit bowl or centerpiece.

Dimensions: height 4.5 cm, diameter 29.5 cm.

The keyaki wood shows a lively grain with dark lines and oval “flames” that flow elegantly across the bottom and up the rim. Its warm honey-to-amber tone is enhanced by the smooth, silky finish. On the inside there is a small square metal label with the maker’s stylised seal, and the original Japanese leaflet confirms that this is high-quality, handcrafted solid wood.

The tray is in perfect condition. Beautiful as a fruit bowl on the table, as a tray for tea or coffee, or as a low bowl for nuts, bread or seasonal decoration. A timeless, warm accent that pairs effortlessly with Japanese, Scandinavian or mid-century interior design. See less
