this beautiful antique french gold gilt mirror has the typical rounded upper corners that make it a louis philippe mirror. The mirror has its original mirror plate and wooden back cladding. The gold leaf gilding shows some slight red bole through the gilding, giving the gold color a warm touch.

the mirror frame is structurally healthy and the glass is still in a very good good condition. The antique mirror has slight imperfections caused by wear and age, but is in a general very fine state. The looking glass has a couple of very tiny spots, all part of the mirrors authentic look and charm. A wonderful preserved piece!
