The large mirror is framed in carved mahogany and embellished with etched floral corner motifs, adding refinement and period character. The mirror supports are masterfully sculpted caryatid-style figures, each displaying detailed plumage, drapery, and scrollwork bases—hallmarks of the bold decorative vocabulary of the Renaissance Revival style. The chest is fitted with a beautifully polished marble surface in warm, softly veined tones.
