The red leather exterior features the traditional gold garland trim decorating its border. The box contains the original brass push button release that, when opened reveals a cream color cushioned interior with white silk background bearing the “les must de Cartier, Paris” logo. There is very minor staining on a silk seam ending where the hinge is. A vintage find to enhance a piece of Cartier jewelry.
