An elegant pair of Victorian silver-plated candelabra/lamps, made by James Dixon & Sons. Victorian production from the late 19th century (ca. 1880), as indicated by the James Dixon & Sons trumpet mark and the initials EP. The design is inspired by neoclassical architecture, with fluted columns and Corinthian capitals richly decorated with acanthus leaves and floral motifs. The square bases feature engraved details and pearled borders typical of Dixon's production of the period.
Excellent vintage condition, with an authentic patina and minor signs of wear consistent with age. This piece has an attribution mark,
