It is an … Read more We are offering a rare, beautifully designed mid-century wardrobe/cloakroom cabinet from the 1960s – likely from Germany. It is an original vintage gem of mid-century modernism.

+ A special feature is the practical, not overly bulky size of the cabinet, which nevertheless offers diverse and ample storage options and is also ideally suited for smaller rooms.

+ The frame is finished with real teak veneer, and the base is made of solid wood.

+ The wood grain is exceptionally beautiful – the color of the teak is a dark reddish-brown, which, in our opinion, is another distinctive feature of this cabinet.

CONDITION
The item is in well-maintained and good vintage condition with superficial signs of wear consistent with its age on the teak surface.

+ There are some color variations in the teak wood due to light exposure and use.

+ As is often the case with vintage items, there are also some minor to medium surface scratches and small dents, especially on the edges of the corners (see photos above), notches, and missing pieces in the veneer – these are also mostly on the edges. In a very few small areas, the previous owner has already made visible repairs with hard wood wax (visible in one of the photos above).

\.All these marks are usually only slightly visible upon close inspection, but are not significant for us
