Nature inspires so many of my artworks. Daffodils are often the first bright heralds of spring, pushing through the cold ground with a burst of yellow. Painting them captures that moment of renewal—the contrast between lingering winter shadows and fresh, hopeful colour. Their early arrival makes each stroke feel like an invitation to warmer days, turning the canvas into a quiet celebration of the season’s return.
