Made around 1950, the matched pair will add interest and beauty to any room. Each table features a parquetry inlaid top of maple, cherry, and rosewood further set off with a satinwood and ebony string inlay.
The round tops sit on a stylish base of carved spheres and gently swooping legs that connect and end in a round plinth base. Beautiful bird’s eye maple is accented with black ebonized features and all done in a gloss lacquer.
The matched pair would be a stunning addition to any home and would make gorgeous side tables, lamp table, or even nightstands. Each table is 23.25” in diameter and 23.75” tall.
The condition of these side tables is very good. Each table has a few minor cosmetic marks. The worst is on the top of the right table which has some scratches to one small area of the top (see photo) and there is a ring in the clear coat. The ring is only visible in glancing light. You’ll see some wear to the ebonized bases as well visible upon close inspection. None of these detract from the overall beauty of these tables once placed and decorated in your home! See less
