Each one is decorated in polychrome enamel with different ancient censers and ritual vessels filled with blooming peonies and flowering bonsai trees in the Famille Rose color palette with calligraphy panels and intricate geometric patterns encircling the neck and base. They have been converted from ginger jars and later mounted on matching ebonized hardwood bases made in Hong Kong. The pair is absolutely beautiful complementing one another perfectly and the vibrant colors are striking against the white background. Position them however you would like to face similar or contrasting vessels. See less
