This pair of ornate, antique Italian Venetian-style side chairs (#2 of 3 available) feature extensive hand-carved details and luxurious upholstery.
The chairs exhibit a Rococo Revival design, characterized by elaborate scrollwork, acanthus leaves, and a cartouche-shaped back. The frame is made of carved walnut wood with a rich, dark finish with elegantly curved cabriole legs at the front and splayed legs at the back.
Both the seat and the backrest are upholstered in a plush, crimson red velvet damask fabric with a gold and yellow floral (brocade) pattern.
