"Portrait with Clouds" is a small format, contemporary mixed media painting by Hudson Valley artist Monica Shulman. Monica marries her abstract expressionist style with her love of portrait painting and drawing. She created this abstract figure by first painting the flat canvas board with acrylic paint in her signature layered and sculptural style and then once dry, she used oil pastel to create this vivid yet calming portrait. Monica used varying shades of navy and sky blue contrasted with white, with hints of red and orange to create a rhythmic, penetrating portrait that will add dimension and a pop of color to any space. This piece is signed on the back.
Monica has been featured in various publications including Popular Photography, Create magazine, and the Huffington Post. In 2019 she was named "Best Artist" in Westchester by Westchester magazine. Her work has been shown at the American Academy of Arts and Letters in New York City, Photo LA, Art Market Hamptons, the National Association of Women Artists, PULSE Art Fair, and the New York Mercantile Exchange, among others.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home Delivery
- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
