This exquisite set of two hand-thrown ramen bowls from a master ceramic studio in Bát Tràng, Vietnam is finished in a mesmerizing iridescent indigo glaze, shifting beautifully between deep sapphire, smoky violet, and soft ash tones depending on the light. The interior features concentric wheel-thrown ridges, enhancing the bowl’s tactile presence while highlighting the artisan’s hand.
Generously sized at 8" diameter × 3.5" high, these bowls are ideal for ramen, pho, grain bowls, pasta, salads, or elevated everyday dining. Their weight and balance make them both practical and sculptural.
The exterior glaze is intentionally variegated showcasing organic movement, subtle crystallization, and the warm earthy undertones characteristic of traditional Bát Tràng firing techniques.
