The decanter measures 6.00 inches across the base and is 1 1/8 inches at the smallest part of the neck. It is 11.75 inches tall and about 11.00 inches deep.

The red glass is thick and solid and the cuts are sharp and symmetrical.

There is a spot between the large cut designs that has two small chips out of the red glass and a scratch. The larger of the two chips is less than 1/8 of an inch and the scratch is ½ of an inch long. They are not as noticeable as they show in the pictures-I actually had a hard time finding the scratch because I was looking for something large and obvious. It is not that big and not really that easy to see if you don’t know it’s there.
