They are made of porcelain and are in excellent condition. One has a bright color scheme of pink, green and white and is adorned with little roses, one centered on the lid and six around the box. The other features a lovely shade of blue and bouquets of a variety of flowers, one large on the lid and four smaller around the box. We love the gold details surrounding both pieces, as well as the matching bow clasps that make these trinket boxes a sweet pair. The delicate flowers inside each box and lid are a special touch! The fleur-de-lis emblem on the bottom of both pieces is the artisan's nod to Limoges having originated in 18th-century France. See less
