The dresser features solid wood construction clad in teak veneer, which has been painted over with later black paint. The dresser has 4 dovetail jointed drawers and original recessed drawer pulls in solid teak. Signed on the back.

The circa 1960s dresser is in fair vintage condition. The dresser itself is very solid, and all of the drawers work smoothly. However, the teak veneer is obscured by semigloss black paint that doesn’t do the piece any favors. The paint is chipped in some places. The condition of the teak veneer underneath the paint is unknown but it appears to be intact. This would be an interesting restoration project for the enthusiast of Danish modern furniture.

The chest measures 27.5ʺ wide, 17ʺ deep, and 26.5ʺ tall. The top drawer is 3.5” deep, and the bottom three drawers are 4.5” deep. See less
