Hand-knotted in wool and cotton, this 7x10 rug by Rug & Kilim is a new addition to the French Art Deco rug collection—a contemporary ode to the 1920s style moderne, geometric patterns inspired by some of the most iconic period pieces of the movement.
On the Design:
This particular piece is inspired by Cubist Art Deco style rugs of the 1920s European sensibility. Its design enjoys rectilinear geometric patterns with especially present taupe, white, gray, orange and green tones on a rich beige field.
