The upper part is stepped, opening with two medallion doors and two small drawers. The lower part opens onto a belt drawer topped with a red leather shelf. Boulle marquetry, chiseled brass ball on a background of red-tinted scales and blackened pear veneer. Ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes. Napoleon III period (circa 1880). See less
