It is a bit of a mystery when and where it was built, but based on its condition I would say it is no more than 15 years old and was most likely built in France or Italy. As you can see from the photos, it is very large for a curio cabinet. In addition to the Concave Glass Case, this one includes a Lit Back Drop and Ample space for display on each shelf, plus a key that will lock the cabinet when needed. The measurements below were difficult to obtain for the width. Although it is listed at 48" the back side could not be measured and the front concave made it hard to measure accurately. I would give an extra inch on both sides when you are determining whether it will fit your space. Notice the detail nand beautiful red and gold trim from top to bottom. This is a very special piece that you can pass down for many generations to come. See less
