The table lamps are composed from large hand blown murano glass vessels, from clear to faded glass mounted on a chrome base. Inside the glass base chromed balls suggesting an optical effect.
selenova is famous for their mid-century modern and space age designs from the 1960's and 1970's. The brand collaborated with iconic designers like carlo nason and reggiani to create highly collectible murano glass and chromed metal lamps. Their lighting designs utilized mainly chrome, as well as opaline glass, to create space age designs, such as sputnik style chandeliers, globe-shaped table lamps
