An amazing mid century abstract painting attributed to Canadian artist James Gordaneer.
The twisted abstract figures create a vibrant and sexy composition.

Gouache on thick paper. The painting was purchased unframed. We framed the piece behind a mat and installed it behind glass in a vintage wood gold leaf frame.

The artwork does not appeared to be signed.
There was a stamp on verso indicating the artwork was part of a woman's larger art collection which was disbursed in her estate.

Minor surface wear to the frame.
The painting is in very good condition and under an acid free mat.
