This Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti ring is crafted in solid 18K yellow gold and features a smooth heart that sits relatively flush against the finger.
This full form heart is one of Peretti’s earlier heart motifs, produced in much smaller quantities than the later Open Heart pieces. Unlike the open, ribbon-like design that became a global bestseller, these early solid hearts were not mass marketed making them harder to find today.
