A Danish midcentury coffee table designed by Sven Ellekaer and produced by Christian Linneberg in the 1960s. The sculptural walnut base features gently curved stretchers and finely tapered legs, supporting a round inset glass top. The design reflects Ellekaer’s refined approach to organic modernism, combining Danish craftsmanship with lightness and elegance characteristic of Scandinavian furniture from the period. In good used condition with age related marks, please pictures. Centre of the wooden frame has a long stretch of scratch, see picture. Otherwise stable and sound in construction!
