This French Art Deco dining table in rosewood, Paris circa 1930, attributed to the renowned design house Dominique (André Domin & Marcel Genevrière), is an outstanding example of an Art Deco dining table. The high-gloss lacquered rosewood top rests on two V-shaped supports with a curved crossbar and rectangular feet with metal sabots. Side extensions with two original leaves are typical of an Art Deco dining table. An almost identical table is illustrated in the literature: Felix Marcilhac, "Dominique," page 182, image top left: "Table à salle à manger." Height: 76.5 cm | Length: 250 cm | Depth: 99 cm.
