The layered wooden base is crafted from five individual layers, pierced with large wooden dowels that protrude outward, creating a sense of dynamic depth. Strategically placed holes allow glimpses through the layers, while the enamelled steel features oxy-weld pierced edges, adding textural interest. When lit, the lamp provides a beautiful up and downlight, accentuating the layered structure. Its substantial size allows it to function as an oversized table lamp or a statement floor lamp.
