Beautiful vintage oil on board painting depicting a three-masted clipper sailing ship in a substantial and ornately carved gold wood frame. The painting is in creams, soft blues, touches of red in the flags and darker greens of the water. Lovely in almost any decor.
The painting is in very good condition. The frame is heavy and beautifully carved and while still lovely, does show some wear, particularly on the back side of the lower right hand outer corner. It still makes a beautiful statement and ship decor is always in style.
