The sides of table and base are heavily adorned with brass decorations consisting of ancanthus leaves, faces, scrolls and wreaths. The top of table is attached to a large threaded wooden dowel secured on the base. Table is level although it does not fully tighten onto base. It is secure through to place lamps and decor on top. The top will turn though as it does not fully tighten. See less
