A dutch silver asparagus tong by van kempen & sons, 1923 a dutch silver asparagus tong, dated 1923, made by van kempen & sons (fa. J.m. Van kempen & sons) 1858-1924. The asparagus tong is marked with the dutch silver hall mark "lion (2)" for silver purity of 835/000 and the minerva head with the letter c from the haque (office assayer mark) the year letter "n" for 1923 the measurement is 23.5 cm long, 11 cm wide and the depth is 3 cm the weight is 104 grams this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
