these classic mid-century chairs from the 1990s feature the iconic eames molded fiberglass seat, showcasing the characteristic texture and depth of the material. Each chair is mounted on the rare la fonda base, originally created in the early 1960s for the la fonda del sol restaurant in new york. The low, sculptural four-star base gives the chairs a distinctive and elegant appearance while providing excellent stability.

the shells come in a deep brown tone with a glossy surface and a matching brown leather cushion and carry the timeless organic form that made the eames designs so influential. All chairs remain in neat vintage condition with age-related signs of use consistent with their age.
