Dzigurski, celebrated for his luminous skies and powerful maritime scenes, was a master of translating atmosphere and movement into richly textured, glowing seascapes.

This work features a fiery, radiant sunset breaking through layered clouds and reflecting across deep teal waves—classic elements of Dzigurski’s finest compositions. The artist’s expressive impasto brushwork is evident throughout, adding depth and energy that change beautifully with the light. Signed A. Dzigurski in the lower right corner.
