The table is crafted with two complementary materials: the graceful Cabriole Legs and frame are crafted from solid Golden Elm Hardwood, while the circular top utilizes Golden Elm Veneer for its decorative surface.

The top features a masterful bookmatched and fitted golden elm veneer - mirror-image slices of wood that are laid out symmetrically.

This elm canvas is beautifully embellished and inlaid with intricate Intarsia (inlay/marquetry) work. The designs—stylized floral and ribbon motifs—are rendered in contrasting exotic woods (likely dark Walnut/Mahogany and light Maple/Birch), a hallmark of the period's luxury furniture.
