This is a metal, beads and stone 1970s kinetic sculpture by artist Joe Police. When the crank is turned the wings flap and the tail feathers ruffle. Beautifully and intricately designed, this whimsical piece's base is anchored by a smooth river stone. In excellent condition and working order with no perceptible wear or breaks in welds.
