Signed Ben Nicholson in pencil, dated 1968 and numbered from the limited edition of 50 (there were also 6 artist's proofs). Printed by LaFranca, Locarno, Switzerland with their blindstamp lower left, and published by Editions Lafranca, Locarno. Referenced in Lafranca, 102, and Cristea, 143. In excellent condition with full margins, rarely removed from the portfolio and never framed. A gorgeous Ben Nicholson depicting the island of Euboea (Evia) in Greece, with the plate tone adding a special dimension to the work. See less
