Dense, almost earthbound forms gradually rise, like fragments of an archaic language. Their massive presence invades the space, imposing the power of black—not only through color, but through the very substance, worked in thickness or transparency, in matte or gloss. Faced with this gravity, color insinuates itself as a counterpoint. In subtle glazes, it disrupts the confrontation between black and white, introducing chromatic interludes: ivory, golden beige, sometimes the irruption of an orange-red, a lemon green, or a deep blue.
