This elegant 1930s Bohemian opaline boudoir lamp was likely produced in Germany or the historic Bohemian Sudeten region, known for its refined glassmaking traditions. Made of soft white satin opaline glass, the lamp features hand-applied gilt laurel garlands in relief, wrapped around a scalloped tulip-shaped shade.
Five sparkling cut-crystal prisms hang gracefully from the upper rim, catching the light and adding the signature glamour associated with Central European boudoir and mantle lamps of the period. The lamp rests on its original pierced metal base, which shows a natural aged patina consistent with its early 20th-century origin.
