This is a classic botanical lithograph, that depicts quince (Cydonia oblonga) hanging from a branch.

Litografia impressa a bellissimi colori, nella metà 880' a Londra.
Pancrace Bessa (1772–1835) was a French botanical artist who worked closely with Redouté and the Jardin des Plantes in Paris.
Specialized in fruit, flowers, and foliage, especially for botanical collections and luxury publications.
Contributed to major works such as:
“Histoire des Arbres et Arbrisseaux” (1810–1813)
“Pomologie Française” (1846), a major fruit atlas commissioned by the French royal gardens. This piece has an attribution mark,
