Exceptional stoneware table lamp designed by the renowned swedish artist anna-lisa thomson for upsala ekeby, sweden.
created in the 1930s–40s, this is the large model 3154, measuring approx. 29 cm high (including socket), 23 cm wide, and with a circumference of about 73 cm.
the lamp is in very fine condition with brand new wiring.
a small area of lacquer wear is visible where the cord enters the base (see photo) — no crack, only minor surface loss.
a truly beautiful piece with warm, natural tones, elegant art deco form, and lovely weight and presence.
fitted with e27 socket.
this piece has an attribution mark,
