Charming small Louis XV style chest of drawers with two drawers.
The solid cherry wood top has an oak-colored finish with scalloped edges and chamfered corners, and is composed of four 22mm thick planks.
The two drawers are fitted with bronze handles, floral motifs, and matching decorative bronze keyhole escutcheons.
Interior dimensions: 80cm wide, 39cm deep, 14cm high.
The legs are tall and narrow, slightly curved in the Louis XV style. This beautifully crafted chest of drawers was made by a local cabinetmaker in the 1970s and comes from a small village house in Aveyron.
