This original Art Nouveau ceiling light was made in France around 1915. Its considerable weight is unusual for such a light, so it can be assumed that both the figure and the pendulum, which is designed like a braided rope, are made of solid cast bronze.
The small cherub holds a chandelier with crystal glass cones, which project a beautiful play of light into the room.
The chandelier is in excellent condition and shows no signs of damage.
Although the chandelier is fully functional, we recommend having all vintage lamps checked by an electrician before use.
