Impressive bronze sculpture created in the 20th century by Spanish artist Fernando Sánchez Castillo, inspired by the work of Pietro Tacca. The piece represents the hand of King Philip IV of Spain, referencing the monumental equestrian statue originally sculpted by Tacca in 17th-century Florence. Sánchez Castillo is known for his profound exploration of history, power, and memory, themes central to his artistic practice.
