design and execution of the mirror console circa 1920 (presumably in hanover).

the mirror has a beveled edge all around.

this is not visible in the photos, as we have neutralized the mirror surface using image editing software.

the figure on the mirror's upper section, the ornament on the console, and the trim of the console's apron are hand-carved from wood and painted with gold bronze or a similar finish to create a metallic effect.

the console's surface is covered with glass. Beneath the glass, a decorative fabric with floral motifs is visible.

we cannot confirm whether this is the original fabric. The piece of furniture was likely adapted to fit the room because the ceiling was too low, as the mirror protrudes quite a bit below the console. The figure on the mirror’s pediment has a small chip on the left side (the tip is missing).
