Grzegorz Bienias (born 1958) – painter, professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He studied painting from 1978 to 1983 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, where he graduated from the studio of Professor Juliusz Joniak. For many years, he has run a drawing studio at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
In his work, he straddles the boundaries of figuration and abstraction, reflecting on the human presence.
